About
Serra is a Brussels-based restaurant on Place Rogier, where seasonal cooking and a thoughtful approach to sustainability come together. The menu follows nature’s rhythm, built around ingredients from nearby producers and suppliers.
With a focus on honest, vegetable-forward cuisine, Serra offers a mostly vegetarian menu, including plenty of vegan choices. For those who eat fish or meat, there are a few carefully selected dishes featuring sustainably caught seafood and organic white meats.
Rather than claiming to be perfect, Serra works with local partners to make more conscious choices where possible—supporting nearby producers and aiming to reduce its impact, step by step.

The Challenge:
As Serra’s marketing partner, we were responsible for managing the restaurant’s brand presence across multiple touchpoints—always in line with its identity, audience, and values. This included launching and maintaining channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as managing in-house screens and ensuring consistent visual and verbal branding.
Over a six-month collaboration, we provided ongoing support through website and Google updates, content creation to boost events and activations, and overall marketing guidance to help Serra grow its reach in a meaningful and authentic way.



Our Approach
We worked closely with Serra’s in-house teams to ensure the brand's voice and values were reflected across all content. This included regular meetings with both operational staff and management to stay aligned with what was happening on the floor and to truly understand the brand from the inside out.
Content was produced in-house using professional equipment, allowing for flexibility, speed, and consistency. We created a structured content calendar to ensure a steady flow of relevant material, from engaging reels to employer branding content, as well as high-quality photos and videos that showcased the menu, seasonal offers, and the atmosphere of the restaurant.



The Results:
The results of the collaboration included a professional Instagram presence that aligns with the restaurant's character, the delivery of content that Serra continues to use, organic growth across all channels, and the use of some content in press articles. The collaboration spanned six months, with twice-weekly on-site presence, followed by ongoing individual projects, the creation of professional reels, and consistent posting that reflects the brand.
